PRELUDE

Prevention is an integral part of the MACC’s Three-pronged Strategy as stipulated under Section 7 (c), (d) and (e) of the MACC Act 2009 to detect the risks in corruption in practices, systems and work procedures and to advise on the likelihood of occurrences of corruption. The Prevention strategy, tasked under the portfolio of the Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention), is spearheaded by three main divisions,
