Guidelines On Adequate Procedures Course in accordance with Section 17A MACC Act 2009 [ 23 Mar 2021 ]

The Inspection and Consultation Division (BPMP) held a Guidelines on Adequate Procedures Course in accordance with Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 through online platform Webinar. Lecturers for this Course consisted of Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM) Officers who are well versed and experienced in the area of legal and enforcement. Around 37 BPMP Officers attended the one-day Course.
