MACC Sarawak Collaborates With North Kuching City Hall (DBKU) In Anti-Corruption And Enforcement & Licensing Sustainable Program

KUCHING, 07 August - Kuching North City Hall (DBKU) together with MACC Sarawak has held an Anti-Corruption Dialogue Session and Enforcement & Licensing Sustainable Program, at DBKU Auditorium, Kuching, Sarawak.

 

With theme “Let’s Break The Chain”, the program were participated by 130 DBKU licensing and enforcement officers. Among the objectives of this programme is to uphold the image of enforcement agencies and licensing from the perception and stigma of the community towards Local Authorities, especially in the State of Sarawak.

 

The programme started with a knowledge sharing session entitled "Enforcement Accountability & Licensing: How Transparent Are We?" delivered by TPj Mohd Zaki Bin Hassan, Director of MACC Sarawak. In addition, the importance of strategic cooperation in efforts to combat corruption were emphasised in the knowledge sharing session.

 

Participants of the Program also had the opportunity to interact with TPj Mohd Zaki in “Kita Tanyak, Kamek Jawab” session. Also present, Tuan Haji Mohamed Khaidir bin Abang, Director of Kuching North City Hall (DBKU).
