MACC Pulau Pinang Disseminates Anti-corruption Message to the Malaysian Buddhist Association

PULAU PINANG, 21 Aug  The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Pulau Pinang held a programme with the Malaysian Buddha Association to disseminate anti-corruption messages among Buddhists in Pulau Pinang today.

This programme began with an opening speech by Mr. Loo Keat Seang, Secretary of the Malaysian Buddhist Association, followed by a briefing session by PPj Chin Chen Huat, Deputy Director (Prevention) of MACC Pulau Pinang on the function and roles of MACC in disseminating messages about corruption, abuse of power and misappropriation.

The event ended with a presentation of poster, brochures and some contribution of basic food items to the Malaysian Buddhist Association to be distributed to the Buddhist community affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Pulau Pinang.
