MACC Receives Consent to Charge Moktar and Wife

The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) have been given the consent by the Attorney General Office to prosecute former Non-Executive

Chairman of FELCRA Berhad, Datuk Seri Moktar Radin and his wife Datin Seri Zizie Izette A. Samad at the Kuala Lumpur Session Court on May 3, 2019.

Following this, Moktar and Zizie will face several charges under the Section 17(a) and Section 28(1)(c) of the MACC Act 2009.

Moktar was apprehended by MACC at 10.51 am at MACC Sabah while Zizie detained at MACC Putrajaya at 11.15 am after they went through the final process of investigation in relation to the FELCRA corruption case.

Both were out on bail by MACC.
