MACC Chief Commissioner Receives Courtesy Call From Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim
I received a courtesy call from the President of Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim who is also the Opposition Leader, at the Headquarters of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Putrajaya, today.
During the meeting, several current issues were raised by Datuk Seri Anwar which were under his concern.
In this regard, I assure that the MACC as an agency monitored by five independent panels will act professionally in accordance with the law and the jurisdiction that has been given to this Commission.
MACC also appreciates Datuk Seri Anwar's support towards this commission in its efforts to fight against corruption effectively in the country.
