SHAH ALAM, 8 Feb - The Selangor State MACC in collaboration with Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd (a subsidiary of the EPF) has organised the Wira Anti Rasuah (WAR) at Sekolah Kebangsaan Subang Bestari, Selangor along with 400 students and teachers.

Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd responded to the initiative introduced by the Government through tax deduction incentives under Subsection 34(6)(h) of the Income Tax Act 1967. Through this program, Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd became the second company in the State of Selangor to implement anti-corruption education programmes since it was first introduced in April 2021.

To provide exposure on corruption crimes and foster anti-corruption values, various activities were held such as anti-corruption colouring competition program, anti-corruption briefing by MACC Captain's superheroes and the opening of the Anti-Corruption Corner.

Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd also contributed 146 school supplies in the form of bags and stationery sets to students from the asnaf group of Sekolah Kebangsaan Subang Bestari.

The programme was officiated by YBhg. Dato' Haji Alias bin Salim, Director of MACC Selangor witnessed by YBrs. Puan Nor Hazqiah Che Idris, Senior General Manager of Corporate Services Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd, Encik Azman bin Mohd Aris, Headmaster of SK Subang Bestari and PKPj Ridzuan bin Abd Malik, Deputy Director (Prevention) of MACC Selangor.
