KUALA TERENGGANU, 8 Nov – MACC Terengganu together with Human Resource Management Division, Terengganu State Secretary's Office has organised Anti-Corruption and Integrity Workshop in Government Procurement Governance 2023 held at the Seminar Hall, MACC Terengganu Complex.

The two-day workshop which began on 7 November was attended by 60 participants from various agencies under the administration of Terengganu State government, specifically officers that directly involved in the procurement and finance sector of the department.

The objective of this workshop is to empower anti-corruption knowledge and integrity of the officers and staff members of the agencies. The workshop was filled with two plenary sessions entitled "Procurement and Finance (Do's & Don'ts)" delivered by officials National Audit Department and "Tackling Corruption in Government Procurement" was delivered by KPKPs Mohd Hanafi bin Abd Rahim, Head of the MACC Community Education Unit of Terengganu.

The workshop ensued with presentations from training groups (LDK) on corruption issues in procurement by participants, mediated by MACC officers. The workshop then concluded with the closing ceremony and award of certificates officiated by Mr. Azizul bin Ab Hadi, Under Secretary, Human Resource Management, SUK Terengganu.
