GEORGETOWN, 1 Nov – MACC Penang in collaboration with Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) has organised a Anti-Corruption and Integrity Week at Royale Chulan Hotel, Penang. Attended by 120 Division Heads, Heads of Departments and PPSB officers, the programme was officiated by TPj Tuan Ruslan bin Tuan Mat, Director of MACC Penang.

The program began with briefing and lecture delivered by PPs Mohamad Sabiren bin Soaid, Community Education Unit, and ensued with a session by PKPs Jaya Raj a/l Goval, of MACC Seberang Prai. This session discussed on issues related to misconduct, corruption, agency’s acquisition and its preventive measures.

The programme ended with the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) Signing ceremony led by Mr. Syamsul Helmy bin Mohd Rafiee, Head of Operations Division of PPSB and witnessed by the Director of MACC Penang along with PKPj Chin Chen Huat, Deputy Director (Prevention) of MACC Penang.

Also present were PsK Rozy binti Usop, Head of Penang MACC’s Consulting and Inspection Unit, PsK Geetha a/p Ayaoo, Head of Community Education Unit, MACC and Penang MACC officers.
