MACC Urges Enforcement Agencies To Plug Loopholes, Prevent Plague Of Corruption

PUTRAJAYA, Sept 20 – Enforcement agencies need to will plug loopholes that present possible opportunities for corruption that could undermine the image of enforcement agencies and the nation.

 


This message were conveyed by the MACC Deputy Chief Commissioner (Operations) Dato' Sri Ahmad Khusairi Yahaya in his speech during the Closing Ceremony of the Anti-Corruption Seminar and Best Practices of Enforcement Agencies 2023 held at the Auditorium, MACC Headquarters.

 


He also expressed that MACC will continue to focus on the Law Enforcement sector that involves in investigation cases to dismantle syndicate that have impacts on socio-economic such as smuggling, human trafficking, work permits, licensing, taxation, Macau scams and gambling; and officers and law enforces guarding the country's main border gates or entrances.

 


A total of 130 Senior Officers from 20 Enforcement Agencies has attended the one-day seminar on corruption issues in the Enforcement Agency.
