KUALA TERENGGANU, May 15 - The President and Executive Director of Terengganu Incorporated (TI) Encik Burhanuddin Hilmi bin Mohamed @ Harun, together with TI’s 25 senior corporate officers and Heads of Integrity and Governance Unit from the company’s nine subsidiaries, has held a dialogue session with Terengganu MACC Director, in conjunction with TI Group's delegation visit to MACC Complex Terengganu.

In this dialogue, various issues were discussed regarding the measures that can be culminated by TI, in ensuring good governance and zero-leakages cases within the organization.

The main issue raised by TI were on how private companies could take the initiatives offered by the government in the implementation of corruption prevention programmes to the local community and received tax deductions from the government.

MACC Terengganu Director, KPKPj Hazrul Shazreen bin Abd Yazid welcomed the steps taken by TI's Top Management in cultivating anti-corruption and good governance as well as avoiding liability for offences under the provisions of section 17A of the MACC Act 2009.

Also present at the programme were PKPj Sofian bin Haroon, Deputy Director (Prevention), PPj Zainal bin Ayop, Deputy Director (Operations) and officers of the Terengganu MACC Penmas Unit.
