KUALA LUMPUR, May 10 - MACC's collaboration with the National Heritage Department of Malaysia (JWNM) were further strengthened by providing exposure related to anti-corruption understanding, awareness and holistic implementation of the initiatives. A series of programmes were organised, involving the JWNM’s officers from various level, to ensure that the anti-corruption message could be embraced and corruption is prevented.

This keynote were conveyed by the Deputy Director General of JWNM, Mohamad Muda Bahadin in his speech, to indemnify the quality of public service delivery, integrity and corruption-free is maintained, in line with the JWNM Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR).

Before, Mohamad Muda has led the Corruption-Free Pledge, witnessed by MACC Deputy Director of Community Education Division, KPKPj Ab Muneim Ibrahim and Deputy Secretary General (TKSU) Culture, Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia, Mohd Yusri Md Yusof, in a ceremony at the Kuala Lumpur City Theatre today.

The ceremony ended with the launch of the JWNM Anti-Corruption Plan 2023 – 2027 and was attended by 100 JWNM officers and staff.
