NILAI, 11 Sept – The MACC Community Education Division in partnership with the Youth Skills Development Division, Ministry of Youth and Sports (KBS) organised an Exchange of Cooperation Note for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Integrity and Anti-Corruption Course Modules (KIAR TVET) at Aeon Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

The two-day programme was officiated by YB Dato’ Seri Ahmad Faizal bin Dato’ Azumu, The Youth and Sports Minister.

22 TVET training institutions under KBS will be pioneering the KIAR TVET Module. The KIAR TVET Module is essential for students as they will not only be highly skilled workers, but will also possess principles to prevent all forms of corruption, abuse of power and misappropriation.

This programme is historic as KBS is the first federal-level ministry to manifest their commitment to support MACC in fighting corruption in this country.

Also in attendance in this programme were Datuk Seri Norazlan bin Mohd Razali, MACC Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention); Datuk Razim bin Mohd Noor, Director of the MACC Community Education Division; Dato’ Jana Santhitan Muniayan, Secretary-general of KBS; Mr. Shahrul Affendi Baharuddin, Director of KBS Youth Skills Development Division as well as MACC officers.
