MARANG, 2 Aug — The Marang District Council (MDC) held the MDC Anti-corruption Programme in conjunction with the I Corner Launching Ceremony and the Organisational Anti-Corruption Plan (OACP) Book at MDC Main Hall today.

This programme also included the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) ceremony led by Mr. Haji Zuwislan Awang, Yang Dipertua of MDC and witnessed by PPj Zainal Ayop, Deputy Director (Operation) of Terengganu MACC. 24 Council Members also attended to take the pledge.

Mr. Haji Zuwislan Awang, Yang Dipertua of MDC in his speech expressed the commitment to fight corruption, misappropriation and abuse of power by the MDC workforce by opening the MACC I Corner as a platform for anti-corruption incofrmation and the MDC OACP Book. He is confident that MDC is on the right track towards enhancing integrity in the organisation.
