PENGKALAN HULU, 29 June – The Pengkalan Hulu District Council (PHDC) cultivates anti-corruption and integrity values among its workforce by holding the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) at the PHDC Conference Hall here today.

The IBR ceremony was led by Mr. Meor Shahibul Fadilah Zainuddin, Yang Dipertua PHDC and witnessed by PKPj Jaafar Tajudin, Deputy Director (Prevention) of Perak MACC. 50 members of the council and PHDC staff also attended to take the pledge as a promise to reject corruption while carrying out their duties.

The support by the entire PHDC workforce is hoped to be able to increase awareness about the dangers of corruption in procurement services in the organisation
