KUALA NERUS, 14 APRIL – Syarikat Air Terengganu Sdn. Bhd. (SATU), a GLC under the state government, displayed their commitment to anti-corruption efforts in the Corruption-free Pledge (IBR) Signing Ceremony today.

The IBR reading ceremony was led by Mr. Hj Abdul Karim Endut, CEO of SATU and witnessed by KPKPj Ruslan Che Amad, Director of Terengganu MACC. 142 employees comprising senior managers, heads of division, managers and executives also attended to take the pledge.

A talk titled "Corruption, Misappropriation and Abuse of Power, and Offence under Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009" was delivered by PKPj Sofian Haroon, Deputy Director (Prevention) of Terengganu MACC. This talk session is hoped to raise awareness on corruption, misappropriation and abuse of power, particularly in the procurement sector, in addition to reinforcing integrity in SATU.
