The 24-year-old man had earlier been arrested at Jalan Ipoh in Kuala Lumpur after being found with 13 packets, believed to contain 168gm of methamphetamine and 2gm of heroin, yesterday evening.

The man, who also tested positive for drugs, was remanded for seven days for further investigations.
