Putrajaya, 26 Apr.- The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has received a courtesy visit by the Marine Department Malaysia (JLM) delegation today at the MACC Headquarters.

This courtesy visit was led by the Director-General of Marine Department, Dato’ Haji Baharin Dato’ Abdul Hamid and was received by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Chief Commissioner, Datuk Seri Azam Baki.

This visit is a proactive way formed by the JLM management with the MACC to increase responsibilities of combating corruption among officers.

In this meeting, MACC and JLM also shared opinions on current issues related to corruption, embezzlement, and abuse of power.

This visit also be a platform for both agencies to widespread good practices continuously in their respective organisations.

Also present, Deputy Chief Commissioner (Operations) MACC, Dato’ Sri Ahmad Khusairi Yahaya; Director of Agency Integrity & Performance Management Division (BPIA) MACC, KPKPj Nurahim Abd. Rahim and the Deputy Director General (Operations) JLM, Hj. Wan Endok Wan Salleh.
