Putrajaya, 24 March -The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) received a courtesy call from the National Department for Culture and Arts (JKKN), yesterday.

The JKKN delegation led by their Director-General, Tuan Haji Mesran Mohd Yusop and was welcomed by the MACC Chief Commissioner, Datuk Seri Azam Baki.

This meeting was held to discuss various collaborative programs involving JKKN and MACC throughout 2021.

Some of the 'Anti-Corruption' themed programs to be hosted are various large scale competitions such as the Battle Of The Band Belia Benci Rasuah (JKKN Selangor Office), Festival Adat Antirasuah (JKKN Negeri Sembilan Office) and Festival Dondang Sayang Antirasuah (JKKN Malacca Office).

These programs were suggested following the success of the joint program, Pertandingan Dikir Barat Antirasuah 2019 which was held on 27 April 2019 at JKKN Kelantan Office Complex.

During the last session, Tuan Haji Mesran also went on air at the MACC.fm radio studio and gave a talk titled 'Penggemblengan Unsur Budaya Tak Nak Rasuah'.

Also present were Director of Community Education Division, Datuk Razim Mohd Noor and Director of JKKN Selangor Office, Raizuli Mat Jusoh.
