KUALA TERENGGANU, 2 March – Mr. Burhanuddin Hilmi Mohamed @ Harun, President and Executive Director of Terengganu Incorporated (TI), together with several corporate senior officers, held a discussion session with Chief SAC Ruslan Che Amad, Director of MACC Terengganu at the MACC Terengganu Complex today.

In this meeting, various issues were discussed as steps to be taken by TI to ensure good governance in the organisation and the subsidiaries under TI.

Chief SAC Ruslan welcomes this strategic move by the TI Top Management to instil integrity within its workforce and subsidiaries. This strategic move is seen as a positive step towards curbing corruption and leakages, in addition to enhancing integrity in the organisation to prevent corporate liability under Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009.

The meeting ended with Mr. Burhanuddin Hilmi presenting the book Code of Business Ethics (COBE) to Chief SAC Ruslan as a symbol of TI’s commitment to becoming a business organisation with integrity and good governance at its core.
