PUTRAJAYA, 1 MARCH - The Yayasan Peneraju Pendidikan Bumiputera (Yayasan Peneraju) had a courtesy call on the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Headquarters, here, today.

The delegation led by the Chief Executive Officer of Yayasan Peneraju, Mohd. Muzzammil Ismail was welcomed by MACC Chief Commissioner, Datuk Seri Azam Baki.

The one-hour visit is a platform for both parties to share views about issues of corruption, misappropriation and abuse of power that occur in this country.

In the meeting, Mohd. Muzzammil also presented suggestions in establishing cooperation with MACC and the Malaysia Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA) in the efforts to fight corruption such as sharing expertise and joint training.

Yayasan Peneraju is an agency under the Prime Minister's Department that focuses on strengthening the capacity building of sustainable Bumiputera talents.

Meanwhile, the MACC Chief Commissioner, Datuk Seri Azam Baki said, this commission is ready to cooperate and graciously welcome Yayasan Peneraju's efforts in further empowering the anti-corruption agenda within the training industry that will be discussed comprehensively in the nearest time.

Also in attendance were Director of MACA, Dato Idris Zaharudin and Director of Agency Integrity Management Division, KPKPj Nurahim Abd. Rahim.
