MELAKA, 6 Aug – PsK Ahmad Faizul Abdul Rashid, Deputy Director (Prevention) of MACC Melaka, delilvered a briefing on Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 titled "Offences by Commercial Organisations" in the Melaka State Government Anti-Corruption Committee Meeting No. 2/2020. 

The meeting was chaired by YB Datuk Seri Hasim Hassan, State Secretary of Melaka. 

Also present during the meeting were YB Datuk Mohamad Abazafree Mohd Abbas, Legal Advisor to the Melaka State Government and YB Datuk Hanafi Sakri, Finance Officer of Melaka State Government.
