KUANTAN, 22 Sept – KPKPj Hairuzam Mohmad Amin@Hamim, Director of MACC Pahang, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Nurul Huda bin Romli, Director of the Mineral and Geoscience Department (MGD) Pahang today. 

The purpose of this courtesy call was to strengthen relations between the two parties. In this meeting, Mr. Nurul Huda expressed his concern on the issue of river contamination due to illegal mining activities. 

In the effort to eradicate corruption, misappropriation and abuse of power, MGD is hoped to report any information to MACC as a step and joint effort in fighting corruption, while shutting down any opportunity for corruption in the department.
