MELAKA, 1 Mar - The New Melaka Assembly for 2019 lends their support towards corruption prevention efforts by signing the Corruption-Free Pledge in conjunction with the Appointment Presentation Ceremony of the New Melaka Assembly, held at Dewan Seri Negeri Melaka this morning. 

The pledge ceremony was led by Noor Rozaiman Adnan @ Azdan of the Rembia Assembly, Alor Gajah District, in the presence of Adly Zahari, Chief Minister of Melaka; Datuk Wira Omar Jaafar, Speaker of the Melaka State Assembly; Dato' Hasim Hasan, Secretary to the Melaka State Government; Datuk Muhammad Jailani Khamis, Tourism, Heritage and Culture Exco cum Coordinator of the Melaka Assembly, as well as SAC Awangkok Ahmad Taufik Putra Awang Ismail, Director of MACC Melaka as witness. 

280 of the new Assembly Representatives from Melaka Tengah District, Jasin and Alor Gajah Districts showed unwavering commitment in eradicating corruption in the administration.
