The MACA Language Centre (MLC) was established from the initiatives of Dato' Hj Idris bin Zaharudin (TPj), Director of MACA and Tn Zuhairie bin Abu Bakar (KPKPj), Deputy Director (Management) MACA, in 2019. It was founded to become the main reference centre for English language development and to cultivate English language competencies and skills of the MACC community through innovative and practical teaching and learning methods.

• To plan, develop, coordinate and conduct courses to improve language proficiency skills,especially in the English language.
• To provide proofreading and basic translation services.
