The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission has opened a new branch office in Mersing, Johor in an effort to expand its services and making it easier for the local community to deal with the commission.
The inauguration of the new branch office which started operating since 1 January was officiated by the Chief Commissioner of MACC, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Hj. Azam Baki.
The Mersing branch office is located at Bangunan JKR 290, Jalan Ibrahim Mersing, Johor.
The office with an area of 207.68 square meters is equipped with a meeting room, a room for recording statements and a prayer room as well as a work space to accommodate a total of four MACC members.
