MACC Submits Investigation Papers on Judge’s Case to the Attorney General’s Chamber
The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) would like to inform that it has completed investigations in a case involving Court of Appeal Judge Datuk Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali.
The investigations that began in March has been completed after collection of related evidence according to established guidelines and procedures.
The investigation papers have been presented to the Attorney General’s Chambers on 18 March, 2022 for further study and direction.
