KUCHING, 16 Jan  – A total of 150 staff from Kuching District Police Headquarters (IPD Kuching) attended the Kuching IPD Anti-Corruption and IBR Programme for 2024 at the Sarawak GPA Officers Mes Hall. The participants were Division Heads, Station Police Chiefs and Supervisors from IPDs and Police Stations around Kuching.

The programme started with a Sharing Session by PKPj Wan Ahmad Nidzam bin Wan Omar, Deputy Director (Prevention) of MACC Sarawak who discussed the title "Government Procurement Governance Challenge".

The programme continued with the presentation of a message by YDH ACP Ahsmon Bajah, the Kuching District Police Chief who reminded the staff of Kuching IPD to always adopt a culture of rejecting corruption and working with integrity to safeguard the reputation and image of the organisation.

The programme ended with a Corruption-Free Pledge Signing and Signing Session led by YDH ACP Ahsmon Bajah, witnessed by PKPj Wan Ahmad Nidzam bin Wan Omar.

Also present were YDH Supt. Merbin Ak Lisa, Deputy Chief of Police Kuching District.
