Planning, Research and Corporate Centre is responsible for:
Conduct research on training effectiveness;
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify the training programme’s room of improvement;
Conduct Training Gap Analysis (TGA) to identify the level of competency for MACC officer;
Coordinate and provide reports;
Coordinate the annual training plan;
Coordinate data of the trainers;
Coordinate the courses of information system for MACC;
Coordinate the implementation of MACC Training Operations Plan;
Coordinate and monitor the record of days of courses attended by MACC officers and staff;
Coordinate Transformation Strategic Plan for MACA;
Coordinate MACA’s KPI;
Coordinate the implementation for the curriculum development of the training programmes;
Organize “Seminar Bicara Ilmu” periodically;
Publish Buletin Akademi (Newsletter) periodically;
Coordinate publicity and media activities through MACA’s Corporate Affairs Unit.
