Legal and Prosecution Division is a division in charge of handling the prosecution and trial of cases of corruption and abuse of power. The prosecution is conducted fairly and meet the standard of proof in accordance with legal requirements. This division also examines the Investigation Papers submitted by the Investigation Division for decisions and appropriate legal advice is given as well in other matters. The Division has an organizational structure as follows:
