MACC Investigates Allegations Of Suspicious Selling Of KL Tower Management Shares

THE Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) confirms that it is investigating allegations into the suspicious selling of the management ownership shares of Kuala Lumpur Tower (KL Tower).

MACC will investigate if there are any elements of corruption in the 100% sale of Telekom Malaysia (TM) shares in Menara KL Sdn Bhd (MKLSB) to Hydroshoppe Sdn Bhd (HSB) on October 2022. 

At this point in time, MACC has called three witnesses and obtained a number of documents from the relevant parties. 

MACC will conduct investigations in detail and professionally from every angle regarding this issue.
