Memorandum of Support to Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Azam bin Baki, MACC Chief Commissioner
We, representatives of the staff of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) affirm our stand to support the leadership of Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Haji Azam bin Baki, the MACC Chief Commissioner.
We believe that the allegations and attacks made were motivated by vengeful politics to bring down the image and credibility of the MACC.
We urge all parties to stop this crisis and allow due legal process to be conducted fairly, transparently and impartially.
The staff of MACC remains united to safeguard the institution of the Chief Commissioner and the MACC for the sake of continuous corruption prevention efforts in our beloved country.
