MACC Does Not Compromise On Protection Of Officer
THE Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has confirmed the arrest of an officer of this commission by the police to assist in the investigation over an alleged crime which occured recently.
In this regard, the MACC has given full cooperation to the police to identify the officer and release him to the enforcement agency late yesterday evening.
The MACC will not compromise or protect any officers who are involved in any criminal acts. Strict actions such as prosecution in court and disciplinary actions with expulsion will be taken if found to be involved.
