SARIKEI, 22 Jan — The Sarikei District Council Sarawak signed and took the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) in a ceremony held at Level 1, Dewan Sentral Sarikei today.

The IBR ceremony was led by Madam Azura Klem, Administration Officer of the Integrity Unit and witnessed by PKPs Among Jengga of Sibu MACC Branch.

99 staff members including council members attended the event, where they were also given a briefing on the MACC Act 2009.

Also in attendance was Mr. Sait anak Enggang, Secretary of Sarikei District Council.
