ESDK SANGUINE & FARANG INVICTUS Won The MACC PUBG I-Contender 2021 Competition
Putrajaya, 24 Oct. – The ESDK SANGUINE and FARANG INVICTUS teams won the MACC PUBG I-CONTENDER 2021 Competition on 24th October. ESDK SANGUINE won the open category and took home RM4,000 while the FARANG INVICTUS team won RM1,500 for the women's category, beating 254 other teams.The PUBG e-sports tournament themed 'The Malaysian Family Hates Corruption' was broadcasted live on the official Facebook page of MESF and MACC Community.
The tournament received a good response with 1,280 participants, an indication that the Malaysian community is open to receiving anti-corruption messages through various platforms including the fans of this sport.
This time, the tournament featured a difference by providing the women's category and the open category. It is important to focus on women so that they will also have information on corruption in order that they may guide and protect other family members from this crime.
Women also have a role to play by coming forward to report cases involving corruption. Meanwhile, a total of seven game commentators or Casters, consisting of five men and two women were agents in channelling the MACC anti-corruption messages casually to the players and spectators. Apart from that, various videos and anti-corruption information were also shown during the tournament.
