JOHOR, 5 Jan - Dep. Comm. Dato' Haji Azmi Haji Alias, Director of MACC Johor, received a courtesy call from Mr. Mohd Hairul Anuar Bohro, Director of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) Johor. 

This courtesy call discussed the meat cartel issue that is marketed without a legitimate halal certification. Hence it is a collective responsibility of government agencies to comprehensively investigate this case for a bigger and better impact. The collaboration with KPDNHEP and several other agencies, it is hoped that this case will be solved promptly. 

Also present in this courtesy call were Chief SAC Jamaluddin Puteh, Deputy Director (Operation) of MACC Johor; AC Norbiha Jaaf, Head of Investigation MACC Johor and Mohd Hanizam Kechek, Chief Enforcement Officer KPDNHEP Johor.
