KUALA LUMPUR, 28 Nov - Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) shows strong commitment on behalf of university students in combating corruption by launching the Angkatan Mahasiswa Anti Rasuah (AMAR - Students Anti-corruption Force) at Dewan Bestari, UPNM today.
The main objective of this programme is to carry out an awareness mission in fighting corruption in the community, to shape and develop integrity among youths as well as to develop student leadership skills as a role model for anti-corruption.
The event was launched by the Director of MACC Kuala Lumpur, A/Dep. Comm. Razaliah Ab Rahman. Also attending the event were the Director of Student Development Centre Student Affairs & Alumni UPNM, Lt. Kol. Dr. Mohammad Daud Hj Johari; Coordinator of AMAR UPNM and UM, Muhammad Nurhafiz Mazlan and Mohd Hairil Zainal Abidin respectively.
