Putrajaya, October 23, 2012 - A total of 20 officers and staff from the Internal Audit Division of MARA visited the MACC headquarters. The purpose of the visit was to provide information and understanding on the efforts by the Government in fighting corruption and abuse of power and malpractice.

The session began with a briefing on the background as well as functions and roles of the MACC in fighting corruption in Malaysia which was presented by Assistant Commissioner RohanaBintiSapie, Head of Education Branch of the Community Education Division. A question and answer session was then held after the presentation and concluded with a tour of the MACC Gallery.

Overall, this study visit has made a positive impact in helping to increase the awareness among the participants on the dangers of corruption and its impact to the nation.
