Kuala Lumpur, April 25 – Youths with Integrity should become a culture among younger generation nowadays.
That was according to Senator Datuk Paul Low Seng Kuan, the Minister in Prime Minister Office said in a launching ceremony of ‘Youth For Integrity’ (YFI) that took place at the White Box, Publika.
He asserted, “As a future leader,the leadership should come with integrity besides upholding strong moral values”.
As we head into a progressive country, we also become more materialistic, which later will encourage corruption.

In a meantime, there was also a forum session which featured MACC Chief Commissioner, Tan Sri Abu Kassim Bin Mohamed and Executive Director of Security Commission, Encik Mohd Hasyudeen Yusuf as panels in the forum entitled ‘Regulating Good Governance Towards A Better Nation’.

During the session, Tan Sri Abu Kassim had been reiterating on the issues of ‘small fish and big fish’, oversight bodies, MACC investigation process and others. He stated, “Involvement of youths in assisting MACC to combat corruptionis was welcomed to create a more effective and efficient governance.

This event was a collaboration between MACC, Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM) and supported by Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB).
150 students from the Public and Private Higher Learning Institution around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor like International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and UCSI College were attending this programme.
YFI was a result of the smart-sharing initiative with MAHB which acts as a catalyst in changing Malaysian perception on integrity and corruption.
