Putrajaya, 3 July – 8 students, including an accompanying lecturer from Saito College had conducted an academic visit to MACC recently.
The main objective of the visit was to gain input and exposure relating to corruption prevention secretariat which would later be established in this college this August.
A group photo session was held at MACC lobby once the entourage arrived around 9.00 am.
Then, they are brought to visit MACC Gallery before joining Anti-Corruption briefing in Director’s Meeting Room of Community Education Division.
A briefing entitled ‘Introduction of MACC: Corruption and Prevention’ was delivered by Senior Assistant Superitendent Hossen Bin Abdul Rahim. In his briefing session, he clarified type of corruption offences as stipulated in the MACC Act 2009. Question and answer session were carried out at the end of the briefing. The event ended with presentation of souvenirs as a token of remembrance.
