KUCHING, 25 Feb – Director of MACC Sarawak, Dep. Comm. Razim Mohd Noor, made a courtesy call on the Sarawak Chief Minister, AB Datuk Patinggi (Dr) Abang Haji Abdul Rahman Zohari Bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, at the Chief Minister's Office, Wisma Bapa Malaysia here today.
The meeting was to put forth a proposal for the Sarawak State Government, including Members of Parliament and Administrative Members of the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) to declare their assets as recommended by the National Centre for Integrity, Governance and Anti-Corruption (GIACC).
The Chief Minister agreed to this proposal and also expressed his wish for it to be extended to Members of the State Legislative Assembly across the state.
