KUALA NERUS, 22 Sept - From Kemaman to Kuala Terengganu, the KEJAR convoy 2017 stands strong in their journey to explore Peninsular Malaysia, which takes them to the East Coast on this leg of the tour.
Prior to their journey to Kuala Nerus, the convoy engaged in community activities in Kuala Terengganu with a prize presentation ceremony for the cooking and flower arrangement competitions held on the previous day.
The Chief Commissioner of MACC, Tan Sri Dzulkifli Ahmad also took the opportunity to present donations in the form of necessities like rice, sugar and oil to single mothers.
The fifth day of KEJAR also witnessed the merriment of the local community in Kuala Nerus in the Kemah Keming Tolok Rasuoh Carnival, launched by the Menteri Besar of Terengganu, YAB Dato Seri Haji Ahmad Razif Abd Rahman.
Dato Seri Haji Ahmad Razif and the State Secretary of Terengganu, YB Dato Haji Wan Nawawi Haji Wan Ismail also took the opportunity to submit their Friend of Gerah registration as well to present the signatures for the People of Terengganu’s Pledge to Fight Corruption as a symbol of support to MACC.
Day 5 of the programme was closed with the flag-off the KEJAR convoy by Dato Seri Haji Ahmad Razif to Tok Bali, Kelantan, before making their way to Kota Bharu the next day.
