PUTRAJAYA, 18 Sept - With the launch of the Kembara Jelajah Anti-Rasuah (KEJAR – Anti-Corruption Tour) at the MACC-DBKL Gerah Carnival yesterday, the MACC convoy comprising of 40 superbikes and a special 50th-anniversary bus embarked on a journey to tour all states in Peninsular Malaysia.

The convoy, which includes the top and senior officials of MACC, began the first day of the programme covering four states: Federal Territory of Putrajaya, Selangor, Negeri Sembilan and Melaka.

At every destination, a series of activities are co-organised with state-level MACC branches, from Corruption-Free Pledge ceremonies with the people of Selangor, the launch Integrity Partnership by the Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan to a casual chat session with the Portuguese community in Melaka.

The KEJAR programme also serves as a platform for MACC to get closer to the people from across the nation, which saw the Chief Commissioner of MACC himself out to spread anti-corruption messages and gain support in the fight against corruption.
