KUCHING, 15 Mac – The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDNM) continues their commitment against corruption through the signing of the Corruption-Free Pledge (IBR) by their Kuching branch at Akademi Percukaian Malaysia, Kuching, Sarawak this morning.
About 100 staff from LHDNM Sarawak took the pledge in the presence of the Director of LHDNM Sarawak, Y. Brs. Cik Ramlot bin Keli, and witnessed by the Director of MACC Sarawak, YBhg. Dato’ Badrul Shah bin Norman
This ceremony is a continuation of the IBR taken by LHDNM Headquarters, which was the first government agency to take the pledge on 10 January. This pledge reflects their dedication towards achieving a transparent administration on all levels, be it the headquarters or branch.
The Director of MACC Sarawak launched the ceremony in the presence of the Director of LHDNM Kuching, Lim Kiew Thai and Director of Investigation Unit LHDNM Kuching, Tuan Haji Shamsudin bin Mohd Daham. The ceremony was also witnessed by senior officials of MACC Sarawak, Deputy Director (Operation), Chief SAC Rosley Mohd Satar and Deputy Director (Prevention), SAC Zulhairy Zaidel.
