MELAKA, 9 May - The MACC Melaka in collaboration with Melaka Fisheries Office has organised Integrity and Anti-Corruption Enhancement Programme, with Corruption-Free Pledge ceremony.

 The programme began with a lecture on integrity delivered by Head of Integrity Unit, Department of Fisheries Malaysia, Putrajaya, and Corruption-Free Pledge montage showcase from the MACC Melaka. In the session, participants were given exposure on the risk of misuse of power, corruption crimes, especially in matters of acquisition and supply. Participants were also warned about frequent corruption offenses and how receiving gifts can create loopholes for bribery.

 The programme ended with Corruption-Free Pledge oath by staff members of Melaka Fisheries Office led by its Director, Saufi Affandi bin Talib and witnessed by the MACC Melaka Deputy Director (Operations), PPj Dzul Azmi bin Yahya.
