KOTA BHARU, 5 May - The Kelantan State Youth and Sports Department (JBS) in collaboration with MACC Kelantan has organised a Corruption Prevention in Public Fund Management programme at Dewan Malaysia, Department of Youth and Sports, Kelantan.

Attended by 20 JBS officers, the program aims to create awareness to JBS staff members who are involved in procurement to avoid government fund leakages which has been allocated for the public.

The program was also attended by 80 representative of Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) registered under JBS whose engaged in the distribution of government allocation through targeted projects or programs under JBS

A talk entitled  'Living in Dignity without Corruption' was delivered by PsK Wan Siti Junaida binti Ismail, Head of Community Education Branch, MACC Kelantan before ensuing with a forum with the Deputy Director (Prevention) of MACC Kelantan, PPj Azizi bin Abdul Latif focusing on corruption issues.

Also present, Hazri Nizam bin Zakaria, Deputy Director (Sports), Amreezal bin Abdul Kadir, Manager of Kelantan Youth and Sports Complex, JBS district chairman and officers, and representatives of Kelantan State Youth and Sports NGOs.
