Complaints Management System (CMS)

 

The Complaints Management System (CMS) is a platform for the public to channel information as well as complaints on corruption related activities and those related to its offences.  The CMS was specifically developed for the MACC to filter and classify information and complaints received according to the various classifications prior to its submission into the MACC core operation system for purposes concerning investigations, surveillance and prosecution.
